Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 60+ Days Before Departure: Full refund of all payments minus 5% administrative fee.
  • 30-59 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of payments made. 50% is retained to cover reservations and guide commitments.
  • 14-29 Days Before Departure: 25% refund of payments made. 75% is retained.
  • Less Than 14 Days: No refund. The tour dates are fully committed and cannot be recovered.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. Many insurance policies cover non-refundable deposits and provide coverage for medical emergencies, flight cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Postponement Option: If you need to reschedule, we may be able to move your booking to different dates subject to availability. This is possible up to 30 days before your original departure date, with no additional cost if dates are within 6 months of the original booking.
